Amazing Turnout, Sporting Clays For Scouting 2019

What an amazing turnout during this year’s Sporting Clays for Scouting in Billings.

Full teams to fill the course, perfect weather and tons of excitement. Bidding was fierce for sought after auction items – like the donated Sitka jacket and the Browning Silver Edition 20 ga field shotgun –  and the food by Blue’s BBQ superb.

Thanks to all donors and sponsors, especially Stockman Bank who without we would not have such a remarkable event. Sharpest dress award goes to Anvil Corporation who brought several teams of employees and had customized Anvil shooting shirts made for the occasion.

Many took aim to buy shots with the .410 ga Judge Pistol to win prizes but only Walt MacIntosh was on point to break clays with it- twice.

Mark your calendars for May 2, 2020! We will be updating the official Sporting Clays for Scouting as soon as we have up-to-date forms and information.

We not only had a great time and won great prizes, but we were also able to raise a nice amount to support our youth in Scouting.  Thank you, everyone!
