Investment in Character & Leadership

Investment in Character and Leadership (ICL) is our annual fundraising campaign that gives individuals and organizations in our community an opportunity to contribute to Scouting in the Montana Council. Contributions help pay for character development programs, camps, training, service centers, professional support and so much more. The Council invests $250 each year ($20.83 a month) per Scout to offer our year-round programs. We count on our investors to support tomorrow’s leaders. Learn More >
